Bu kullanım koşulları, Biliyor Musun? uygulamasını ("Uygulama") kullanımınıza ilişkin kuralları belirler. Uygulamayı indirerek, hesap oluşturarak veya kullanarak bu koşulları ve Gizlilik Politikamızı kabul etmiş sayılırsınız.
Biliyor Musun?, kelime bilginizi test edebileceğiniz, arkadaşlarınızla yarışabileceğiniz ve ödüller kazanabileceğiniz bir mobil kelime oyunudur. Uygulama; tek oyunculu ve çok oyunculu oyun modları, sesli sohbet, metin tabanlı sohbet, arkadaşlık sistemi ve uygulama içi satın alım özellikleri sunar.
Uygulamayı kullanmak için en az 13 yaşında olmanız gerekmektedir. 13 yaşından küçük bireylerin uygulamayı kullanması yasaktır. Hesap oluşturarak 13 yaşında veya üzerinde olduğunuzu kabul etmiş sayılırsınız.
Uygulamayı kullanabilmek için Google hesabınız veya Apple hesabınız ile giriş yapmanız gerekmektedir. Hesabınızın güvenliğinden siz sorumlusunuz. Hesabınızı başka kişilerle paylaşmamanız önerilir.
Uygulama kullanımı sırasında aşağıdaki davranışlar kesinlikle yasaktır:
Uygulama, çok oyunculu modda gerçek zamanlı sesli iletişim özelliği sunar. Sesli sohbet kullanımı isteğe bağlıdır ve mikrofon izni gerektirir. Kullanıcılar istedikleri kişiyi susturma (mute) hakkına sahiptir. Sesli iletişimler kaydedilmez ve saklanmaz. Sesli sohbet sırasında da davranış kuralları geçerlidir.
Uygulama, coin, bilet, sandık ve diğer sanal içeriklerin satın alınmasını mümkün kılar. Tüm satın alımlar ilgili mağazanın (Google Play / App Store) ödeme sistemi üzerinden gerçekleştirilir. Sanal içerikler yalnızca uygulama içinde geçerlidir ve gerçek para karşılığı geri alınamaz. İade talepleri, ilgili mağazanın iade politikasına tabidir.
Uygulamadaki tüm içerikler (tasarım, görseller, sesler, metinler, yazılım kodu) telif hakkı ile korunmaktadır. Bu içeriklerin izinsiz kopyalanması, dağıtılması veya değiştirilmesi yasaktır.
Kullanım koşullarına aykırı davranışlarda bulunan kullanıcılara aşağıdaki yaptırımlar uygulanabilir:
Yaptırım kararları tamamen uygulama yönetiminin takdirindedir.
Uygulama "olduğu gibi" sunulmaktadır. Kullanıcılar arasındaki etkileşimlerden (sesli sohbet, metin sohbeti dahil) doğabilecek anlaşmazlıklardan uygulama yönetimi sorumlu tutulamaz. Teknik aksaklıklar, sunucu kesintileri veya veri kayıplarından dolayı sorumluluk kabul edilmez.
Bu kullanım koşulları önceden bildirimde bulunmaksızın güncellenebilir. Güncellemeler uygulama içinde veya web sitemizde yayımlanır. Uygulamayı kullanmaya devam etmeniz, güncellenmiş koşulları kabul ettiğiniz anlamına gelir.

You Know? - Word Game

These Terms of Use set forth the rules governing your use of the You Know? application (the "Application"). By downloading, creating an account for, or using the Application, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms of Use and our Privacy Policy.
You Know? is a mobile word game that allows you to test your vocabulary, compete with your friends, and earn rewards. The Application offers single-player and multiplayer game modes, voice chat, text-based chat, a friendship system, and in-app purchase features.
You must be at least 13 years old to use the Application. Individuals under the age of 13 are not permitted to use the Application. By creating an account, you represent and confirm that you are at least 13 years old.
To use the Application, you must sign in using your Google Account or Apple Account. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account. We recommend that you do not share your account with other individuals.
The following activities are strictly prohibited while using the Application:
The Application provides real-time voice communication in multiplayer modes. Voice chat is optional and requires microphone permission. Users have the right to mute other users at their discretion. Voice communications are not recorded or stored. The Code of Conduct also applies to voice chat.
The Application allows users to purchase coins, tickets, chests, and other virtual content. All purchases are processed through the payment systems of the relevant app stores (Google Play / App Store). Virtual content is valid only within the Application and cannot be exchanged for real money. Refund requests are subject to the refund policies of the relevant app store.
All content within the Application, including designs, images, sounds, text, and software code, is protected by applicable intellectual property and copyright laws. Unauthorized copying, distribution, modification, or reproduction of such content is prohibited.
Users who violate these Terms of Use may be subject to the following measures:
All enforcement decisions are made at the sole discretion of the Application's administration.
The Application is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. The Application's administration shall not be held responsible for disputes arising from interactions between users, including interactions through voice or text chat.
We shall not be held liable for technical issues, server outages, interruptions, or loss of data.
These Terms of Use may be updated from time to time without prior notice. Updated terms will be published within the Application or on our website. Your continued use of the Application after such updates constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms of Use.
